Job Summary 

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Selectors to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-focused, and able to meet productivity standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately pick products using pick tickets, voice systems, or RF scanners 

• Build and stack pallets according to company standards 

• Prepare and stage orders for shipping 

• Verify item quantities and product codes 

• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks (training may be provided) 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines 

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals 

Qualifications 

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred 

• Experience using RF scanners or voice picking systems is a plus 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods 

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic 

Work Environment 

• Warehouse setting with moderate to fast-paced activity 

• May work in varying temperatures depending on department 

• Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
