Onsite Bi-Lingual Manager/Recruiter position open in Northern Indiana. We are a fast growing fully digital work solution company.The Onsite Manager/Recruiter will serve as the primary recruiting liaison between Jobsquad Staffing and the client facility. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with client leadership, ensuring proactive workforce planning, and maintaining a positive employee experience. The recruiter will be embedded in the client’s location to ensure seamless alignment with their staffing needs and company culture.
Role and Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for client positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruiting sources (e.g., job boards, social media, community partnerships, employee referrals)
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, employment laws, and company standards. Support onboarding and orientation of new hires at the client location.
- Address employee relations questions and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Maintain regular presence on-site to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll departments for issue resolution related to assignments or timekeeping.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment and workforce-related matters at the client site.
- Partner with client managers to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Attend regular client meetings to review staffing metrics, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client regarding market trends, talent availability, and candidate experience.
