Jobsquad Staffing is seeking a Full Time Onboarding Specialist for our office in Jackson Center Ohio. This position is a temporary position that will last 6-8 weeks. The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Specialist is to create a positive experience for candidates and to assist the Recruiter. Jobsquad offers great benefits and work culture. Duties and responsibilities Assist Recruiter with new employee application and onboarding efforts Assist candidates with filling out paperwork and procures appropriate employment documents Manage in house drug screen process Assist with mass employee communications Facilitate employee feedback surveys and exit interviews Answer the phones and screen calls for the recruiter Computer and Communication Skills are a must Qualifications Proficient at MS Office & Google Must be a team player Must be able to work independently Ability to multi-task Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply Detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadline times are met Please apply with a resume
