| · Pay: $15.00 per hour.
· Hours: On-call — shifts can happen any time, day or night.
· Start Date: November

| Requirements of position
|
|||||
| · Cold-weather gear (we provide all shoveling tools)
· Must be reliable and ready to work whenever it snows.
· Trustworthy and able to work well with a team.
· Willingness to work in harsh winter conditions, often at odd hours
· Must respond to calls promptly when snow hits (day or night)
· Must pass pre-employment screening (including skills test, background check, and drug test)

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| · Be on call and ready when snow is in the forecast.
· Ride along with a plow truck and shovel at assigned job sites.
· On jobs that don’t require shoveling, you’ll still be paid while riding along.
· Expect a mix of active work and paid downtime (time in the truck to warm up, eat, or rest between sites)
· Work hours and durations will vary depending on the snowfall.
