- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, office or operations management. The main experience should be in accounting.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, QuickBooks, inventory management systems).
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Office Management, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Office Manager to lead and coordinate operational functions across Accounting, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Services. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and processes. This position oversees a team of 5 professionals and ensures that day-to-day operations align with company goals for efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise and support a team of 5 staff members across multiple functions: Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, and Services.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment and provide mentorship and training.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and encourage professional development.
Accounting & Finance
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Knowledge and expertise in SOX Audits.
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Implement inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast and manage supply needs.
Warehouse Operations
- Ensure smooth and safe warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Administrative Duties
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and present operational reports and dashboards to senior management.
