The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Office Administrator to work at a company located in the Holt, MI area!

Pay/hours for position
 
Payrate: $18-20, Depending on Experience Level 
 
Hours: 24-32 hours per week (1st shift, schedule TBD)
Requirements of position
 
Skills and Qualifications:
 
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or order management systems.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  5. Basic understanding of purchasing processes, vendor communication, and cost management.
  6. Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple departments.
  8. Professional demeanor and ability to work as part of a team.
  9. Willingness to learn new systems and processes as needed.
  10. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  11. High School Diploma or equivalent
  12. Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including background check(s) and drug testing
 
Responsibilities of position
 
Responsibilities: 
The Office Administrator supports the daily operations of the office and production facility by ensuring smooth coordination between departments, vendors, and customers. Including but not limited to:
  1. Managing order entry, invoicing, and general office documentation using company software and Microsoft applications.
  2. Assisting with purchasing, vendor communication, and tracking materials or services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  3. Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and overall workspace organization.
  4. Preparing reports, communications, and updates for management as requested.
  5. Greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing general administrative support to both office and production staff.
  6. Upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
