The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Office Administrator to work at a company located in the Fayetteville, AR area!

630 AM till 4 PM 630 am till 4 pm $17-$19 per hour 
Requirements of position
 
Must be punctual.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be a self-starter
Must be very organized 
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
 
 
 
 
Job Summary
 This is an in-office role that requires a proactive attitude, dependability, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the front office
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
  • Support payroll by entering and verifying employee hours (no processing required)
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes by coding, reconciling and submitting receivables to our home office in Jonesboro.
  • Oversee outgoing delivery tickets for product shipments
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Generating invoices based off outgoing product delivered, daily.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
 
Qualifications
Required:
  • Prior experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems (entry only)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
  • Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Familiarity with logistics or delivery ticket systems
