- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to production processes.
- Ability to work near industrial ovens, following proper safety protocols and maintaining efficiency during heating cycles.
- Physical capability to perform active tasks, including bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills to accurately input and track production data.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a standard drug screen and background check to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

- Prepare materials for processing by carefully placing fiber blankets into ovens, ensuring proper positioning and adherence to heating specifications.
- Monitor heating cycles to maintain optimal temperature and duration, preventing defects and ensuring uniform quality.
- Operate a water injection system to efficiently remove excess material, maintaining precision and consistency in the production process.
- Conduct thorough quality checks by visually inspecting finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or irregularities, taking corrective action as needed.
- Accurately label and document finished products, ensuring all items are properly identified for inventory tracking and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety protocols and proper handling procedures to support a safe and efficient production environment.
