Job Description:
We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Merchandise Sample Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This role involves preparing, organizing, and shipping tile samples, assisting showroom customers, supporting the sales team, and maintaining an organized sample inventory. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. are required. Forklift experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and pull tile sample orders accurately.
- Assist walk-in showroom customers with product samples and questions.
- Restock and maintain the sample library.
- Create FedEx Ground shipping labels and ship sample packages in a timely manner.
- Prepare and organize sample pallets for the Business Unit Sales Team's presentations and meetings.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (preferred).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other warehouse and showroom duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous warehouse or merchandising experience preferred.
- Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) preferred but not required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am- 5:00pm)
