Our client in Miami is seeking a Medical Front desk for the Miami area; office will be moving by the end of June to Miramar.   

• Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines 

• Handle a high volume of calls efficiently and courteously 

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk 

• Schedule appointments and verify patient information 

• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) 

• Communicate clearly in both languages with patients and staff 

Responsibilities of position 

? 

Monday to Friday  

8-4:30pm  

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required) 

• Prior medical front desk or healthcare experience preferred 

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
