- Technical Skills: Proficiency with manual and CNC machinery, tool & die making, measurement tools.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Excellent coordination and ability to work with machinery.
- Math & Computer Skills: Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and precision are crucial.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and make adjustments.
- Communication: Good verbal and written skills.
- Part Fabrication: Mill, turn, shape, and grind parts to exact dimensions and tolerances, ensuring they fit correctly.
- Programming : Program machines with cutting paths, speeds, and feed rates.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, smooth surfaces, and proper function.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
- Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on machinery and tools.
- Safety: Follow strict safety procedures in a production environment.
- Collaboration: Consult with engineers and coworkers on projects.
- Clean Background and MVR required
