Responsibilities of position

We are an established, family owned commercial and Industrial H.V.A.C & R Service oriented contactor in South Miami, FL based in Miami for over 40 years with an ongoing customer base, some of which have been with us over 30 years, in the private and public sectors.

 

We are looking for a Highly skilled Commercial HVAC Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Estimating, Replacement, Retrofit Design of existing system to update to New Systems, Installation and Maintenance.

 

Will be responsible for ensuring the HVAC-R system operate efficiently and effectively, while working closely with Contractors and Sub-contractors to meet the needs of each specific replacement project.

 

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills and a commitment to staying current with Industry Advancements. This Person will be expected to abide to all relevant codes and standards, ensuring that all work is preformed safely and to the highest quality, because we do work to keep the customer for many years as a maintenance and service agreement customer.
