	Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Material Handler – Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve materials while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operate reach truck safely and efficiently Move, stage, and store materials in racking systems Load and unload pallets from trailers and warehouse locations Pick, replenish, and stage orders according to work instructions Perform inventory moves, cycle counts, and location verification Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report issues Follow all OSHA, safety, and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems as required Requirements Reach Truck experience required Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Warehouse or distribution experience preferred Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions Work Environment Warehouse / distribution center Fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
