Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Operate automated saw-cutting material equipment
- Operate general warehouse tools and equipment, including air grinders, banding equipment, and razor knives
- Operate overhead pendant cranes
- Operate side loaders and forklifts
- Measure and verify material using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers according to BOLs, Packing Lists, Work Orders, and Pick Tickets
- Properly identify and label material
- Complete and maintain required paperwork
- Process orders using computer software
- Follow written instructions, special handling requirements, and supervisor direction
- Safely handle, move, stack, and load materials
Qualifications & Requirements - Minimum 1 year of steel or industrial experience
- Experience operating overhead cranes, reaching trucks, saws, and front-end loaders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
