The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Manufacturing Technical Operator to work at a company located in the Jonesboro, AR area!

Paragould, AR/Jonesboro, AR   
Pay/hours for position





  • 1st Shift Monday- Friday 5A-3P, Saturday 5A-1P
  • 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3P-1A, Saturday 1P-9P
Requirements of position




Qualifications and Skills:
Education: 
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience: 
0-1 years of relevant experience in inventory or computer-based tracking roles.
Skills: 
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure proper part placement and alignment with production specifications.
Knowledge: 
Familiarity with warehouse or production line operations, and basic proficiency in computer systems for inventory management.

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing are required.
  • Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime.
Working Conditions:
  • Environment: Work is conducted in a warehouse or production environment, where conditions may vary based on operational needs.
  • Physical Demands: Regular standing, bending, and lifting of parts and materials; ability to work independently for extended periods.
  • Team Structure: This role works independently but collaborates with the Paint 125 team and supervisors as needed.
Performance Metrics:
  • Key Performance Indicators: Success in this role is measured by accuracy in part tagging, inventory management, and timely support of paint operations.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain updated and accurate tracking of part numbers and quantities in MAS500.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure efficient labeling and documentation processes to support production schedules.
Challenges:
  • Key Challenges: Balancing accuracy in tagging and labeling while maintaining pace with production demands.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify process improvements and reduce downtime by maintaining organized and accessible parts.

Tools and Equipment:
This role requires regular use of the following:
  • Software: MAS500, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, label maker software.
  • Hardware and Tools: Computer, tape measure, automatic bander, manual bander.
Additional Certification: Forklift certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
