  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities of position
 

 Manufacturing Supervisor – Laboratory
 Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
 Pay Rate: $21 – $24 per hour
 Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
 
Job Summary
 We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and oversee production operations in a laboratory environment. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, productivity, and safety compliance.
 
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily production operations 
  • Lead and coordinate the team 
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and GMP 
  • Monitor team performance and productivity 
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives 
 
Requirements
