Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Technology)
- 3–7 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and industry regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in documentation review and data integrity standards.
- Experience with batch records, production planning, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Manage and supervise production staff to meet daily manufacturing goals in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
- Ensure all operations comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, FDA regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor batch production records (BPRs), logs, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues affecting production.
- Oversee training and qualification of personnel in GMP procedures and safety protocols.
- Lead GMP audits and internal inspections; support regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area following 5S and safety standards.
