| Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing (solid dosage, liquids, or similar)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practices
- Experience with batch records, SOPs, and deviation investigations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and output targets
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, FDA regulations, and company quality standards
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
- Lead, train, and develop production staff, including performance management and coaching
- Review batch records, production documentation, and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to resolve deviations and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures
- Track KPIs such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and labor utilization
- Support audits and inspections (internal and external)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
