The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at a company located in the Greensboro, NC area!

Position Location
Greensboro, NC
Pay/hours for position
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM Rotation: 2 on / 2 off, every other weekend
Requirements of position
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required Willingness to learn and develop within the role Ability to work 12-hour night shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience ($20–$25/hour) Full-time, consistent schedule Opportunity for advancement and skill development Stable work environment
Responsibilities of position
Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime Complete preventative maintenance on machinery and production lines Assist with installation and setup of new equipment Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
