Payrate: $18 - $26 (DOE)

 

Shift: 1st – 6am – 2:30pm

Requirements of position

The JobSquad Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a well-established manufacturing facility in Holt, MI. This role will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment, as well as ensuring the building and grounds remain in top condition.

 

Required Qualifications

·  Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

·  Strong mechanical aptitude.

·  Experience with:

·  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

·  Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

·  Valid driver’s license (required).

 

Responsibilities of position

Responsibilities

·  Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, units, and systems.

·  Perform basic repairs on air compressors, hydraulics, HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing.

·  Read and interpret mechanical prints, drawings, electrical diagrams, and relay logic.

·  Maintain and repair robotics and CNC equipment.

·  Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding (stainless steel, aluminum).

·  Inspect, clean, and service machinery for preventive maintenance.

·  Install wiring and electrical components during new installations or facility upgrades.

·  Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

·  Handle exterior building maintenance as needed.

·  Work with Purchasing to obtain supplies and parts.

·  Assist with inventory control and equipment movement.

·  Maintain overall condition of the building and grounds.
