Pay/hours for position
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Requirements of position
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs) and emergency repairs
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reporting
Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Must be available to work Monday – Friday and flexible between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Responsibilities of position
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in diagnosing equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Repair machinery, conveyors, motors, and other industrial equipment
Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
Assist with installation of new equipment as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of Maintenance Technician experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Experience with hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
Basic computer skills for documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be flexible to work between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
Electrical certification or technical training
HVAC or PLC experience is a plus
