Requirements of position:

 

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with a degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, and at least 5 years of proven experience in the electromechanical field, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and perform maintenance activities together with their team on production equipment such as ovens, packaging lines, and industrial machinery.

 

Responsibilities of position

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure proper execution of assigned tasks

Develop, update, and monitor preventive maintenance plans.

Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Manage the purchase and inventory of spare parts and technical materials. Ensure equipment reliability and availability in production areas.

Enforce compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Requirements Mechanical:

 and/or Electrical Engineer, with solid electromechanical competence.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance

Knowledge of production equipment, ovens, and packaging systems.

Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in office tools and maintenance management software (CMMS).
