Requirements of position
Requirements:
· MUST HAVE Experience with large automotive mills (larger
than 4-12 Meters)
· Must be able to do own setup · Knowledge and use of measuring equipment and basic blueprint skills. · Basic knowledge of small machine operation. · Basic knowledge of tooling being used. · Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to work in fast pace environment. · Ability to work well with others in a team environment. · Ability to read and write in English and preform mathematical calculations. · Knowledge of G codes · Ability to program at controller · Program with SMIRT (rather than using controller) – A Plus · Posses own tools (to a degree) · Possess a High school diploma or GED

· 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
· CNC Setup & Operation: Set up and operate vertical and/or horizontal
milling equipment, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
· Precision Machining: Work with linear and contour machines to create
detailed parts according to layout directions and/or profile and contour
programs.
· Quality Production: You’ll be responsible for machining each job to
meet customer specifications, ensuring top-notch quality while
minimizing waste.
· Efficiency at Its Best: Work within quoted hours, producing high-quality
parts on time, and help optimize the production process.
