Pay Rate: $16–$19 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator – 3rd Shift to support our bottle manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure safe operation, consistent output, and high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review production schedules and work orders to understand job requirements and production priorities
- Set up and operate bottle manufacturing machines according to production plans, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Monitor machine performance to ensure continuous operation and quality output
- Inspect bottles regularly to verify they meet job specifications and quality requirements
- Identify visual quality defects and make adjustments to correct issues
- Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime
- Check, refill, and manage resin silos as needed while following all safety and organizational procedures
- Communicate equipment or product issues to maintenance, quality, or supervisory personnel
- Maintain accurate machine logs, reference books, and process documentation
- Process production orders and correct tickets as required
- Complete daily activity logs and all designated paperwork for the shift in a timely manner
Qualifications
- No formal education, degree, or certification required
- Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Work Environment
- Warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Environment is not hot but is not climate-controlled
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as needed
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery
