Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment and machinery, maintaining production standards, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
- Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete required paperwork and production records accurately.
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment safely after training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Must be willing to follow all required safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
