Job Description:
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts efficiently and accurately. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standard work instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, load, and unload manufacturing machines
• Read and follow prints, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality or dimensional issues
• Recognize machine malfunctions and communicate issues to Leads/Set-Up personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete required quality and production documentation
• Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the team

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing/machining experience preferred
• Basic shop math and print-reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
