Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: All shifts available from $20 hr and up Temp to hire position based on performance and attendance and business needs.
Job Description: We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our Twin Falls production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality plastic packaging in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Operate blow molding and/or production machinery safely and efficiently
ï‚· Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings to meet production specifications
ï‚· Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
ï‚· Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
ï‚· Maintain accurate production and quality records
ï‚· Follow all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company procedures
ï‚· Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
ï‚· Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications:
ï‚· Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
ï‚· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
ï‚· Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
ï‚· Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
ï‚· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
ï‚· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
