Requirements of position

·  Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred 

·  Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills 

·  Ability to learn and operate machinery with training 

·  Professional, “buttoned-up” demeanor suitable for a corporate environment 

·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

·  Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions 

·  Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused 

·  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs

We are currently seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to support operations within a pilot plant environment at a corporate facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industrial experience who is looking to grow into a long-term role.

 

Position Overview:

This role requires a “buttoned-up” professional who can operate within a structured, corporate setting while supporting pilot plant operations. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical aptitude and a strong understanding of industrial environments, even if they do not have extensive machine operating experience.
