The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Logistics with Customer Service to work at a company located in the JFK Area Code 11413!Job Title: Logistics with Customer Service Job Location: JFK Area Code 11413 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Salary $27/hr-$30/hrResponsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding import and export shipments.
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with operations, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely movement of freight.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and update shipment information in company systems.
Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Freight Forwarding experience is a strong plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
