Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm Job Duties: Ensure successful movement of cargoPrioritize the work flow for cargo movements to insure customer and vendor satisfaction.Insure the timely movement of cargo from origin to destination to fulfill customer's instructions and insure procedures for Laking bookings are followed at all timesCoordinate with customs brokers to obtain release documents in a timely manner to maximize productivity of the warehouse.Process claim paperwork timely and accurately with carriers Verify on-boards and forward necessary correspondence to customers.Check vendors and customers in at dock office in a professional manner.Complete responsibilities for all accounting related functions to achieve goals. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalentEligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check Must be able to read, write and clearly communicate with poise and confidence in English over the phone and in person with customers, vendors and staff Bilingual or Multi-lingual skills (preferred)

Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
