| Requirements of position |

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Experience handling high-volume email communication
- Strong data entry and order processing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with transportation management systems (e.g., CargoWise or CargoWrite) preferred

| Responsibilities of position |
|
|
|
|
|
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer emails (100+ daily) in a timely and professional manner
- Process and enter customer orders accurately into the company’s transportation management system (TMS)
- Verify order details, billing information, and shipping instructions
- Coordinate shipment scheduling with carriers, warehouses, and internal departments
- Monitor shipment status and proactively provide updates to customers
- Resolve service issues, delays, and discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic filing of shipping records
- Prepare and distribute reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific requirements
- Assist with invoicing, proof of delivery (POD) retrieval, and billing support
