The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work at a company located in the Miami Gardens area!
New Pay Rate: will start at $20 per hour (must have Forklift Certification), will reevaluate after 30 days.
Shift: Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with ½ hour lunch
Requirements:
- Experience with BOL
- Must know MS Office, (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to drive both Sit Down and Reach Truck is a plus.
- Bilingual or English only, preferred
- Forklift License – Certification
- Bilingual or English only, preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Create Shipping Paperwork
- Create Shipping Report for Warehouse
- Process Waybill
- Filing pictures of all outgoing shipments
- Perform Physical Inventory and Cycle Counts
- Process UPS and FedEx Shipments Common Carrier
- Filing Documents
- Data Entry
- Scanning Documents
- Communicate with customers
- Provide receiving paperwork
- Provide inventory report
- Send reports on what freight is available for pick up.
- Schedule inbound and outbound appointments
