The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Lead Line Coordinator to work at a company located in the Louisville, KY area!

LEAD LINE COORDINATOR
Position Location



 Louisville
 
Pay/hours for position




$18 per hour 40 hours a week
Requirements of position



 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the correct set-up of assembly or packing line.
  2. Responsible for the quality of the finished product.
  3. Responsible for following all Procedures and Work Instructions pertaining to Production.
  4. Ensure adequate instructions are given to enable contract workers to fulfil specific job requirements.
  5. Perform the necessary paperwork and reports for the line.
  6. Ensure production schedule is met.
  7. Promptly report problems, concerns or out-of-standard conditions to the Supervisor.
  8. Work with Supply to ensure the uninterrupted supply of raw materials.
  9. Work with the Shipping Department to ensure the prompt removal of finished product.
  10. Assist with training of Production Associates and Line Coordinators
  11. Assist with directing work activity for Line Coordinators
  12. Communicate all production problems, delays, changes, etc. to Production Supervisor.
  13. Enforce and follow all Safety and GMP rules.
  14. Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   1. High School diploma or G.E.D.
  2. Possess the skills necessary to perform reading, writing and mathematics to maintain the required production reports and plan balanced workloads.
  3. Perform the duties of Line Coordinator with minimal supervision.
  4. Effectively communicate instructions and requirements.
  5. Demonstrate initiative and effectiveness in dealing with out-of-the-ordinary situations which may arise in the course of the job.
  6. Work overtime or odd shifts as necessary to meet production requirements.
Maintain an exceptional level of attendance and punctuality.
 
Responsibilities of position




 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee is occasionally required to sit.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
