Ability to use basic gardening/horticultural tools.

 

Preferred verifiable experience in lawn care or gardening. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license is required and all applicants are subject to a background check.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering lawns to maintain healthy turf.

· Plant Care: Planting, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, and flowers.

· Weeding: Removing weeds from gardens, flowerbeds, and other landscaped areas.

· Debris Removal: Clearing leaves, litter, and other debris from grounds and pathways.

· Snow Removal: Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking lots during winter months normal operational hours plus being on-call for any winter precipitation events outside of normal business hours.

· Equipment Operation: Safely operating lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
