This role is responsible for operating and maintaining lamination equipment to bond materials together according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience troubleshooting machinery, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality products.
Previous machine operating experience required (lamination preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to understand machine settings and production processes
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Must have a solid, steady work history
Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt to different machines/processes
Dependable with strong attendance

| Responsibilities of position

| Set up lamination machines according to job specifications
Feed materials into machines and monitor production flow
Adjust temperature, pressure, and speed settings as needed
Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues during operation
Perform routine machine checks and minor maintenance
Ensure proper bonding/lamination of materials
Maintain production pace to meet daily quotas
Keep work area clean and follow all safety protocols
