Education & Experience: - High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, mechanics, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operation environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment functionality.
Bilingual (English and Spanish or Spanish only)Technical Skills: - Ability to operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to assist with resolving mechanical and process-related issues.
- Experience with or ability to learn the use of hand tools, diagnostic tools, and calibration equipment.
- Capability to perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with preventive maintenance activities.

| Responsibilities of position |
|
|
|
|
|
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standards operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform basic equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report issues or malfunctions.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical or process- related problems under the guidance of senior technicians or engineers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Accurately record production data, logs, or quality checks.
- Support quality control processes, including inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
Technical Support Duties: - Assist in preventive maintenance task under supervision.
- Help with equipment calibration or basic repairs.
- Use hand tools or diagnostic equipment to support machine functionality.
- Provide feedback to the maintenance or engineering team about recurring issues.
Other duties may include: - Supporting inventory material handling related to machine operations.
- Participating training to develop technical skills or learn new equipment.
