Requirements of position

 

 

Qualifications:

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Technician, or similar role

· Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

· Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and security tools

· Basic knowledge of cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace) is a plus

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to employees across all departments. Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

· Respond to and resolve technical support tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner

· Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security

· Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords

· Support cybersecurity measures and perform regular system backups

· Maintain IT documentation, including inventory records and configuration logs

· Collaborate with vendors for equipment purchases and software solutions

· Provide training and support to staff on technology tools and best practices

· Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements when applicable
