Location: Pembroke Park, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay Rate $15.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Inventory Associates to join our warehouse team in Pembroke Park. This role is responsible for setting up warehouse inventory locations, performing cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and relocating merchandise throughout the facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment and have experience using RF scanners and manual pallet jacks.
Responsibilities
- Set up and organize inventory storage locations throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Use RF scanners to scan, verify, and update inventory transactions.
- Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system.
- Relocate merchandise to designated warehouse locations as needed.
- Operate a manual pallet jack safely to transport products.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
