Requirements and Responsibilities of position
 
We are currently seeking an International Transportation Support Coordinator to assist our transportation and logistics team with daily operational support. This temporary position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support document archival and transportation record management processes
  • Assist with shipment tracking and provide updates on delivery status
  • Monitor daily shipments and alert the team of any delays or issues
  • Assist coordinators with transportation documentation and shared file management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is updated timely
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status and transportation updates
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the international transportation team
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shared file systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
