Must be a self-starter
Must be good with hand tools
Must have great Supervisory skills(looking for leaders that can lead a team)
Clean drug screen
Must have a current Drivers License
Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
Temp to Perm
Must have work boots

| Job Summary
Team Lead Responsibilities
• Demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying information accurately and listening effectively to resolve problems.
• Conduct a thorough pre-planning review of installation drawings, ensuring the product is pre-prepped, the trucks are loaded according to the installation plan, and all tools required get to the job site.
• Ensure an accurate inventory of products, reporting damages, overages, shortages, etc.
• Communicates frequently with Project Manager and/or Install Manger on project status (start of the day, in transition between job sites, and end of the day, minimum)
• Conduct installation inspection with customers, making final adjustments as needed.
• Document punch items through photographs and detailed notes.
• Walk through the project with the customer to ensure they are satisfied and obtain a signature.
• Assure accurate and daily completion of all documentation, including work order status, safety reports, project labor hours, to Project Manager.
• Assist warehouse personnel by strategically moving and organizing products with dollies, movers, pallet jacks, and equipment to support delivery/installation schedules.
Performs other duties, as assigned, as required.
