Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the aviation industry to support sales operations, grow customer relationships, and help lead daily team activities. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a starting salary of $60k.
Important Requirement:
Candidates must have aviation industry experience. Experience within commercial aircraft parts, aviation aftermarket, or surplus aircraft parts is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.
Support sales activities and coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, Repairs, and Asset Management.
Assist with supervising the sales team by helping manage workloads, implementing processes, and supporting daily operations.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer concerns and work toward effective solutions.
Monitor performance goals and support continuous process improvement.
Provide updates and feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, market conditions, and business opportunities.
Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Required: Aviation industry experience
3+ years of experience in commercial aircraft parts sales, surplus parts trading, or aviation aftermarket sales preferred
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments
Adaptable, organized, and results-driven
