The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. This position operates in a fast-paced sales environment and is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to customers.The role works closely with internal teams such as sales, purchasing, asset management, and customer service to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and timely order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to generate new business within assigned territories or market segments.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions through phone calls and email communications.
- Provide customers with accurate product, pricing, and availability information.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales.
- Process sales orders, inquiries, and expedite requests efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor quote activity and proactively follow up with customers to support sales growth.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with cost targets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
