| We are a growing injection molding company in Marcellus, MI that manufactures high-quality automotive parts. We’re looking for dependable individuals to join our production team on 2nd and 3rd shift
· Operate injection molding equipment to produce automotive parts (training provided)
· Inspect, sort, and package finished parts for shipment
· Pick parts from production lines and ensure correct quantities
· Trim, label, and prepare parts according to customer specifications
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Follow safety procedures and company policies
· Assist with basic production support as needed

| Responsibilities of position

| · Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
· Strong attention to detail and quality standards
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Willingness to work overtime when required
· Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs as needed
· No steel-toe shoes required
· No prior experience needed — training provided
· Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English
