Position Summary:
The Industrial Mechanic plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production equipment within a nutraceutical manufacturing facility.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish Speaking)
• Performs minor electrical duties such as troubleshoot controls, voltage checks, continuity checks and replacement of broken parts.
• Disassembles, repairs and replaces broken or malfunctioning components of manufacturing and packaging machinery. • Repairs and maintains industrial production and process machinery in operating conditions
• Performs and documents preventive maintenance to all machinery and equipment.
• Requests parts or electrical components for machinery
• Troubleshoots, disassembles, and repairs conveyor belts, Electrical motors, bearings replacement.
• Assembles machinery and equipment using hand and pneumatic power tools etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
