JobSquad is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician / Journeyman Machine Repairer to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Paw Paw, MI. This dual‑trade role is ideal for professionals who excel in fast‑paced environments and enjoy tackling complex mechanical and electrical challenges.
Requirements
- Journeyman Millwright or Electrician card (dual‑trade strongly preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with PLCs and national electrical codes
- Must own appropriate tools and demonstrate solid math skills
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Wire control panels and perform machine repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance, including welding tasks
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards in all work performed
