The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for an Inbound Inspector to work at a company located in the Doral area!
This role is accountable for the following:
- Performing inspections, checks, and sampling procedures of incoming Expendable and Rotable parts and components used in the aviation industry
- Performing review of physical attributes, quantity and Records for release
- Accurately documenting the results of the inspections and testing
- Inspecting and identifying material and related documentation as prescribed by the purchase order/sales order or contract specifications highlighting any non-conformance or omission
- Managing inbound repair orders processes.
- Operating forklifts as required to retrieve material from storage racks that have either been sold or to store material that will be sold in the future
- Complying with ESD (electrostatic discharge) requirements when either shipping or receiving ESD material
- Entering, verifying, and validating the accuracy of data input into the database
- Processing pick tickets for pending sales orders noting any discrepancies identified
- Issuing material certifications as required
- Working with Quality Assurance department in continuous improvement projects
- Performing all other duties as assigned

Essential Skills
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting

Experience and education so that you can hit the ground running:
- High School Graduate or GED- Required
- Minimum 2 years processing aviation surplus parts is required
- Minimum 2 years job related experience is helpful
- ISO and/or AS Quality Standard knowledge- a Plus
