$65,000-$83,000 annually

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 3 years in commercial and residential cooling systems.
- HVAC Certification and EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Journey man Licence (A Plus)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls and circuits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, heating equipment, and ventilation systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines and customer needs.
