Requirements of position




 Processes service requests, prepares paperwork for escalated calls, and fulfills customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within the call center environment.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2–5-years of experience in a customer service environment
2 years of knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within HVAC.
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position





 We are currently looking for a highly professional and experienced person to operate within our technical support department, handle complex situations, and resolve customer requests. In addition to possessing in dept knowledge in HVAC field, the ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in customer service with high volumes of customer interaction and possess high level of skills in Communication, Problem Solving, and Teamwork. We are in search of someone that is well-spoken and experienced with finding and expediting resolutions for customers in the most efficient and satisfactory way.
Inquiries from clients, from marketplaces, and shipment providers will need to be promptly and professionally handled to keep our corporate ratings at the top levels. The technical support department will assure the highest level of service presented to all clients at all times.
 
Working hours are standard day time hours, 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday. Generous insurance and other benefits package are included.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
