Responsibilities of position




 
Please note: This is a temporary/contract position lasting 1-2 months with our client in Bloomfield, CT.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
Length of Temp Assignment: 1-2 Months 

  1. Supports day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
  2. Assists with recruitment coordination and candidate scheduling
  3. Maintains HRIS data integrity and generates routine reports
  4. Coordinates employee engagement activities and communications
  5. Provides administrative support to the HR team and site leadership
