Job description:The Contract Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, and strategic implementation of all HR functions within the organization. This role plays a key part in driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Essential Functions:HR Strategy & Policy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures that promote an inclusive and compliant work environment. Ensure these policies align with business objectives and promote a positive employee experience.
Department Leadership & Goal Setting: Lead the HR department, developing goals and objectives that contribute to the company's strategic plans. Manage day-to-day operations and continuously evaluate HR processes for improvements.
Compensation & Benefits Management: Administer the company's compensation program, conducting regular salary reviews, updating job descriptions, and maintaining competitive compensation structures. Manage benefits administration, including claims resolution, policy updates, and annual cost reviews.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance evaluation program, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and employee development. Make necessary revisions to ensure the system effectively drives performance and engagement.
Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hr.
